Ordinance No. 1072
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF MOUNT
PROSPECT BY REPEALING SUBSECTIONS 18.202(1) and (2)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT:
SECTION ONE: Section 18.202(1) of the Municipal Code
of the Village of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, is hereby
repealed.
SECTION TWO: Section 18.202(2) of the Municipal Code
of the Village of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, is hereby
repealed.
SECTION THREE: Section 18.202(3) of the Municipal Code
of the Village of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, is further
amended to change the number to Section 18.202(1).
SECTION FOUR: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in the manner provided by law.
