AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18
ENTITLED "TRAFFIC CODE' OF THE VILLAGE CODE
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Schedule II entitled "Prohibited Tums" of Chapter 18 (Traffic Code)
of the Village Code of Mount prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended by
adding thereto in proper alphabetical sequence the following; so that hereinafter said
Section 18.2002 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect shall include:
"Name of Direction of Prohibited
,Street Traffic Movement Turn Into (Name of Street)
Central Rd. Eastbound Left Millers Ln,"
,SECTION TWO: That Schedule III entitled "One-Way Streets" of Chapter 18 (Traffic
Code) of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding thereto in proper alphabetical sequence the following[ so that hereinafter said
Section 18.2004 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect shall include:
"Name of Direction of
Street Traffic Movement Description
Millers Ln. Northbound Btw. Central Rd. and driveway for
2 North Millers Ln."
SECTION THREE: That Schedule IV entitled "Stop and Yield Signs" of Chapter 18
(Traffic Code) of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding thereto in proper alphabetical sequence the following; so that
hereinafter said Section 18.2004 of the Village Code of Mount Prospect shall include:
"Name of Direction of
Street Traffic Movement At Intersection With
Cathy Ln. Southbound Central Rd."
SECTION FOUR: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form the manner provided by law.
AYES: Clowes, Corcoran, Hendricks, Hoefert, Skowron, Wilks
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
