AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE Xl OF CHAPTER 18 ENTITLED
"TRAFFIC CODE" OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.2011.B entitled "Schedule XI B Two Hour Parking" of
Chapter 18 (Traffic Code) of the Village of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further
amended by deleting "Maple St. West Btw. Busse Ave. & Henry St." and substituting
therefore in proper alphabetical sequence the following; so that hereinafter said Schedule
XI.B shall include the following:
"Name of Side of
Street Street Description
Maple St. West Btw. Northwest Hwy & Henry St."
SECTION TWO: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form the manner provided by law.
AYES: Clowes, Corcoran, Hendricks, Hoefert, Skowron, Wilks
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
