A RESOLUTION AMENDING MISSIONSQUARE
RETIREMENT HEALTH SAVINGS (RHS) PLAN
NUMBER 800377
WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect has employees rendering valuable services; and
WHEREAS, the amendment of its existing retiree health savings plan for such employees serves the
interests of the Village of Mount Prospect and employees; and
WHEREAS, the MissionSquare RHS Plan Number 800377 contains a mandatory contribution of sick time
upon retirement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, ACTING PURSUANT TO ITS HOME RULE POWERS:
SECTION ONE: The Village of Mount Prospect hereby amends MissionSquare RHS Plan Number 800377
and pursuant to the Village Manager's 2022 Employment Agreement the Village Manager is no longer
eligible for the mandatory contribution of sick time upon retirement.
SECTION TWO: The amendment to MissionSquare RHS Plan Number 800377 if effective January 1, 2022.
SECTION THREE: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval in the manner provided by law.
