AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT BY ADDING THERETO A SECTION 18.204
PROHIBITING TURNS FROM RAND ROAD INTO LOUIS STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT:
SECTION ONE: The Municipal Code of the Village of
Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding to Article II of Chapter 18 thereof an additional
Section 18.204, the said added Section 18.204 to read as
follows:
Section 18.204. Prohibited Turns. It shall
be unlawful to operate any vehicle so as to
make any of the following prohibited turning
movements:
(1) No north bound traffic on Rand Road shall
turn left into Louis Street.
(2) No south bound traffic on Rand Road shall
turn right into Louis Street.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in the manner provided by law.
