7 Closed Session
a. Personnel 5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(1) - The appointment, compensation, discipline,
performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body, including
hearing testimony on a complaint lodges against an employee of the public body
for the public body to determine its validity
b. Approve Closed Session Minutes of December 6, 2021
c. Semi-annual review of Closed Session Minutes for release to the Open Session
Book
d. Review Closed Session Audio recordings from October 2019 through June 2020
for Dossible destruction in accordance with the Oben Meetinas Act reauirements.
8 Vote to either destroy or retain Closed Session audiotapes/CDs pursuant to the
Open Meetings Act for the period of October 2019 through October 2020.
