OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT:
ORDINANCE NO. 1086
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MOUNT PROSPECT BUILDING CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
SECTION ONE: Section 33.1 of Chapter III of the
Mount Prospect Building Code, as amended, is hereby further amended
by deleting therefrom the following paragraph:
The provisions of this section shall not
apply to builders who are subdividers and
who have satisfied the provisions of the sub-
division control ordinance relating to public
improvements.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in the manner provided by law.
