Officer's Report:
Chairman's Report: None
Treasurer's Report: Account balance as of 10/5/2021 is $482,281.53. Collections for 2021 as of
10/5/2021 at $101,000.00
Secretary's Report: August 3rd, 2021 regular meeting minutes presented. No additions or
corrections to be made. Motion to approve meeting minutes made by Dolan, seconded by
Bocox. Vote to approve meeting minutes: Yea-Pastori, Kowalczyk, Bocox, Novak, Wang, Dolan.
Nay -None.
Old Business:

New Business:
Bylaw changes: Discussion ensued about changes. Changes to be looked over by village lawyer
for review. Bylaws to be presented/finalized by next meeting pending lawyers review.
Board elections: Nominations and voting procedure to move forward with Firefighter,
Lieutenant, and at -large positions.
Submittal by T. Novak: FDIC funds in the amount of $5000. Discussion ensued. This proposal is a
continuation of funds from three years ago to have personnel attend FDIC. Motion made by
Wang to approve the funding for $5000.00 to be used towards FDIC. Seconded by Dolan. Vote -
Yea: Pastori, Kowalczyk, Bocox, Novak, Wang, Dolan. Nay -None.
Submittal by T. Novak: Water Bottle filling stations for station 12, 13, & 14. Discussion ensued.
Use and benefits discussed by board members. Motion made by Pastori to purchase three water
bottle filling stations not to exceed the amount of $9500.00, seconded by Wang. Vote -Yea:
Pastori, Kowalczyk, Bocox, Novak, Wang, Dolan. Nay -None.
