Treasurer's Report: Balance of June 8th, 2021- $386,914.45
Secretary's Report: Will approve minutes at next meeting.
Old Business:
None, all previous submittals have been closed out
New Business:
No proposals. Discussion about possible bylaw changes to accommodate for remote attendance
for board members and promotions filling out their current term.

None
Motion made to adjourn the meeting made by Johnson, seconded by Novak. Vote -Yea: Johnson,
Kowalczyk, Bocox, Novak, Dolan.
Motion to adjourn by Pastori. 2 d by Wang.
