Submittal by A. Losoff: Elective Blood Work Analysis in the amount of $1260.00. Discussion
ensued. Discussion of adding 14 POC's to be included in the test. Motion made by Johnson,
seconded by Novak to fund the Elective Blood Work Analysis, PSA testing in the amount of
$1680.00. Vote -Yea: Johnson, Kowalczyk, Bocox, Novak, Wang. Nays -None.
