Officer's Report:
Chairman's Report: None
Treasurer's Report: Balance of June 8th, 2021- $383,339.10
Secretary's Report: Adjust prior February 2 d, 2021 meeting minutes to reflect a change in
Treasurer's reporting balance of $413,395.13. Motion to approve meeting minutes with the
reflected changes made by Johnson, seconded by Novak. Vote to approve meeting minutes: Yea -
Johnson, Kowalczyk, Bocox, Novak, Dolan. Nay -none
Old Business:
None, all previous submittals have been closed out
New Business:
Submittal by J. Hook: OEM LED housings for ambulance headlights. Discussion ensued. Motion
made by Johnson to approve purchase of OEM Freightliner LED headlights for three ambulances
in the amount of $3455.48, seconded by Novak. Vote -Yea: Johnson, Kowalczyk, Bocox, Novak,
Dolan. Nay -none.
Submittal by T. Novak: Additional funds for new engine purchase in the amount of $10,000.00.
Discussion ensued. Board members asked that the submittal be more itemized. Board members
requested instead of total dollar amount, a more specific purchasing request be made. Novak
discussed options and stated that he would like to rescind his current proposal and submit a new
proposal with a more defined request.
Board members spoke of fulfilling new Foreign Fire Tax Board positions with Bocox and Wang
being promoted. New nomination and voting periods to be posted in the near future for
elections.
Proposed 2021 scheduled meeting dates confirmed with Dolan as prior meeting dates had been
scheduled to accommodate Lambel, meeting dates scheduled for 2021 will remain the same.

Motion made to adjourn the meeting made by Johnson, seconded by Novak. Vote -Yea: Johnson,
Kowalczyk, Bocox, Novak, Dolan.
