performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body, including
hearing testimony on a complaint lodges against an employee of the public body
for the public body to determine its validity
b. Approve Closed Session Minutes of September 13, 2021, September 14, 2021,
October 4, 2021, November 1, 2021, November 9, 2021 and November 15 and16,
2021.
