OPEN SESSION MINUTES
November 09, 2021
Police Department Conference Room
Commissioner Claussen called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m.
Roll Call: Jeanne Claussen, Commissioner
Mark Busse, Commissioner
William Knee, Commissioner
Also Present: John Koziol, Police Chief
Mike Eterno, Deputy Police Chief

The purpose of this meeting was to conduct Police Department Oral Interviews. Commissioner Claussen asked for a motion
to go into Closed Session at 3:06 p.m.
CLOSED SESSION
1. Personnel 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1) -The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or
dismissal of specific employees of the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against
an employee to determine its validity
2. To conduct Police Department Oral Interviews.
A motion was made by Commissioner Knee and seconded by Commissioner Busse.
Roll Call: Ayes: Claussen, Knee, Busse Nays: None Abstain: None Motion Carried
The Board returned to Open Session at 9:06 p.m. with everyone present from the previous session.
Commissioner Claussen, Commissioner Busse, and Commissioner Knee
A motion was made by Commissioner Knee and seconded by Commissioner Busse to accept the Eligibility List at 9:07 p.m.
A motion was made by Commissioner Knee and seconded by Commissioner Busse to adjourn the meeting at 9:09 p.m.
