AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE PLAN OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECTs ILLINOIS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
SECTION ONE:
Section 14 of
Article 2 of the Village
Plan of Mount Prospects as amendeds is hereby further amended
by addings at the conclusion of the said Section 14s the fol-
lowing sentences:
Any persons firm or corporation that shall
commence the construction of any public improve-
ments described in Section 9 of this Article 2
without having complied with all of the provi-
sions of this Article 2 of the Village Plan of
The Village of Mount Prospect shall be fined not
less than $25 not more than $200 for each such
offense. Each day that a violation is permitted
to exist or continue shall constitute a separate

offense.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passages approval and publication
in the manner provided by law.
