ORDINANCE NO. 1093
AN ORDINANCE IMPOSING A FEE OF $5 FOR THE USE
OF VILLAGE WATER BY CONTRACTORS DURING CONSTRUCTION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT:
SECTION ONE: Section 23. 308 of the Municipal Code
of Mount Prospect of 1957' is hereby amended by deleting there-
from the words, "the flat fee prescribed by the Board of
Trustees" in the last two lines thereof and inserting in the
place of the said deleted words, "a fee of $5 therefor for each
such building" so that the said Section 23.308 will thereafter
be and read as follows:
"Section 23.308. Construction - Contractors.
During the construction of any building and
before water is installed as herein provided,
the contractor so constructing such building may
be permitted to use the Village water supply by
making an application therefor and paying a fee
of $5 therefor for each such building."
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in the manner provided by law.
