ORDINANCE NO. 1097
AN ORDINANCE TO INCREASE THE ANNUAL LICENSE
FEE FOR CIGARETTE AND TOBACCO DEALERS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT:
SECTION ONE: Section 14.202 of the Municipal Code of
Mount Prospect of 1957 is hereby amended by deleting from the
said Section the word, "fifteen" and inserting in its place the
word, "twenty-five" so that the said Section 14.202 shall
thereafter be and read as follows:
Section 14.202. Fee. The annual fee for such
license shall be Twenty-five Dollars.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in the manner provided by law.
