ORDINANCE NO. 109S
AN ORDINANCE TO INCREASE THE NUMBER OF CLASS C
LIQUOR LICENSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT:
SECTION ONE: Section 13.107(c) of the Municipal Code
of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended,is hereby further amended
by deleting from the said subparagraph (c) the words, "six (6)"
and inserting in their place the words, "nine (9)," so that the
said Section 13.107(c) shall thereafter be and read as follows:
(c) Nine (9) Class C licenses.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in the manner provided by law.
