discipline , performance or dismissal of specific employees of the public body,
including hearing testimony an a compliant lodged against an employee of the
public body to determine its validity.
b. Approve Closed Session Minutes of June 7, 20231, July 14, 2021 and July 15,
2021.
c. Semi-annual Review of Closed Session Minutes for release to the Open Session
Book
9 Approve a Motion to Dispose of Closed Session /Audi otapes/CDs Pursuant to the
Open Meetings Act for the period of May 2018 through September 2019.
