ORDINANCE NO. 1109
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MAP 28-S OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT
ZONING ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Map 28-S of the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Mount Prospect, as amended, be, and it is hereby, further
amended by reclassifyinp from the R-l Single-Family Residence Dis-
I trict to the R-X Single-Family Residence District the following
described property:
All that part of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 13, Township 41 North, Range 11 East
of the Third Principal Meridian which lies north
of the center line of Golf Road; West of the
East line of the Northwest Quarter aforesaid
being the East line of the Golfhurst Estates
Subdivision; East of the West line of the
Golfhurst Estates Subdivision and South of the
North line of the Northwest Quarter aforesaid
being the North line of the Golfhurst Estates
Subdivision, together with that part of Lon-
nquist Boulevard lying South of the North line
of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13 aforesaid
and East of the West line of Lot 34 aforesaid ex-
tended North, and that part of School Street
which lies West of the East line of the Northwest
Quarter of Section 13 aforesaid and North of the
South line of Lot 34 aforesaid extended East, in
Cook County, Illinois.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publicationin the
manner provided by law.
