AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE
NO. 992 OF AUGUST 25, 1964

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT:
SECTION ONE: Ordinance No. 992, passed and approved
August 25, 1964, and incorporated in the Zoning Ordinance of
the Village of Mount Prospect as Section 23A thereof, be and
it is hereby repealed.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
in the manner provided by law.
