PZ-15-07, 701 East Prospect Avenue, Structures Construction LLC (Exhibit A) nd 1. 2 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OFTHE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 701 EAST PROSPECT AVENUE This ordinance rezones the subject property from I1 Limited Industrial to R4 Multi-family to allow a 12-unit rowhome development. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 5-0. nd 2. 2 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (Exhibit B) AND VARIATION IN THE NATURE OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT ROWHOME DEVELOPMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 701 EAST PROSPECT AVENUE This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to construct a rowhome planned unit development. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 5-0. B. PZ-16-07, 401 East Kensington Avenue, Terra Architects nd 1. 2 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OFTHE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 401 EAST KENSINGTON ROAD This ordinance rezones the subject property from RX Single Family to R2 Attached Single Family to allow an 11-unit townhome development. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended by a vote of 5-0 super majority to deny the request; adoption of the ordinance requires a vote for approval. nd 2. 2 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND VARIATION IN THE NATURE OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TOWNHOME DEVELOPMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 401 EAST KENSINGTON ROAD This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to construct a townhome planned unit development. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended by a vote of 5-0 to deny the request; adoption of the ordinance super majority requires a vote for approval. (By a vote of 6-0 the Village Board approved deferral of the second reading until the August 21, 2007 Village Board meeting.) XI. NEW BUSINESS A. PZ-25-07, 625 Slawin Court, Search Development School (Exhibit C) st 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 625 SLAWIN COURT This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to operate a vocational school. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval by a vote of 4-0. st B. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 OF THE (Exhibit D) VILLAGE CODE This ordinance makes various traffic regulation changes around St. Paul Lutheran School, 18 South School Street. * C. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING NORTHWEST CENTRAL 9-1-1 SYSTEM (Exhibit E) TO APPLY FOR A GRANT UNDER THE INFRASRUCTURE MAINTENANCE FEE LITIGATION CY PRES COMMITTEE’S GENERAL AUTHORITY TO MAKE SUCH GRANTS * D. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO (Exhibit F) ENTER INTO AN AUTOMATIC FIRE MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT WITH THE PROSPECT HEIGHTS FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT * E. Request for Village Board approval of the 2008 – 2012 Capital Improvements Plan (CIP). XII. VILLAGE MANAGER’S REPORT * A. Request Village Board approval to accept bid for replacement of UPS (uninterruptible power supply system) at Police and Fire HQ in an amount not to exceed $44,470. * B. Request Village Board approval to accept bid for additional parkway tree stump removals in an amount not to exceed $55,000. * C. Request Village Board approval for final balancing change order/final invoice for Prospect Meadows Watermain Replacement Project Phase II ($46,138). * D. Request Village Board approval to waive bid and purchase backbone hardware and services from RMS Technology in an amount not to exceed $11,105. * E. Request Village Board approval to waive bid process and purchase replacement servers in an amount not to exceed $18,488. F. Status XIII. OTHER BUSINESS XIV.
