OODB OF MOUN~ :~-~OZ~C~ BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOU1TT PROMP~CT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: ~. Tha~ Argtcle v of ~h~ Chapgsr 4 (Appointive Viilm~e Officers) of the Village Code of Mount Prospect, as amended, be further amended by deleting section 4.504h in its en~iz'ety and insertin~ in lieu thereof the foliowin~ two new s~bssctions: "L. To ne~otlate andco~ract for ~he sale of personal property owned by the Village when in the reasonable discretion of the Finance Director such personal property is no longer necessary or useful to the Village and the market value of such personal property doss no= exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). Pursuant to the Village's home rule powers, all personal property of the Village with a market value less than one hundred dollars ($100,00) may be sold at the discretion of the ~inance Director without Village Board approval. Ail other sales of personal property shall require ~he approval cf a meJor~ty of the corporate authorities of ~he Village. M. To perform such duties as may be requirea from time to tim~ by the Village Manager." ~.
