Chairperson Powers called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.
Roll Call: James Powers, Chairperson
Rockne Bork, Commissioner
William Knee, Commissioner

Chairperson Powers asked for a motion to go into closed session:
a. Personnel 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1) -The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline,
performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body, including hearing
testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee to determine its validity.
b. To Conduct Police Department Oral Interviews.
A motion was made by Commissioner Bork and seconded by Commissioner Knee to go into Closed Session at 2:04
P.M.
Roll Call: Ayes: Bork, Knee, Powers Nays: None Abstain: None Motion Carried
The Board returned to Open Session at 5:40 p.m.
Roll Call: Chairperson Powers, Commissioner Bork, Commissioner Knee
APPROVE POLICE OFFICER ELIOIBIIT " LIST' I'II
Chairman Powers asked for a motion to approve the Police Officer Eligibility List III.
A motion was made by Commissioner Bork and seconded by Commissioner Knee to approve Police Officer
Eligibility List III.
Roll Call: Ayes: Bork, Knee, Powers Nays: None Abstain: None Motion Carried
With no further business, a motion was made by Commissioner Bork and seconded by Commissioner
Knee to adjourn the meeting at 545 p.m.
