DAY OF JULY , 1994. AF/ 6/27/94 ORDINANCE NO. 4655 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT WHEREAS, in the opinion of at least three-fourths of the corporate authorities of the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, illinois, it has been determined that it is no longer necessary, useful, or in the best interest of the Village of Mount Prospect to retain ownership of three (3) television cameras along with control units used by the Cable Television Division, identified as follows: Three (3) JVC BY-110, 3 Color Tube Cameras with Control Units WHEREAS, in the spirit of cooperation between governmental entities, the corporate authorities have determined that the residents of the Village and School District 57 would be .served by donating said cameras for use by School District 57. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: The corporate authorities of the Village of Mount Prospect find that the 3 television cameras being the subject of this Ordinance which ara owned by the Village of Mount Prospect are no longer useful or necessary to the Village and the best interests of the Village will be served by disposing of said property in the manner specified. The Village Board has determined that the community will continue receiving value because of this donation which value exceeds the potential monetary value of this equipment. SECTION TVVO: That the Village Manager of the Village of Mount Prospect be and is hereby authorized to transfer the title of three (3) JVC BY-110, 3 color tube cameras along with control units to Mount Prospect School District 57. The Village of Mount Prospect offers no warranty, express or implied, on the condition or serviceability of this equipment. SECTION THREE: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
