A special meeting of the Mount Prospect Police Pension Fund Board of Trustees was held on Frida,
October I I 2019 at 2: 00 p.m. at the Mount Prospect Village Hall located at 50 S. Emerson Stree
Mount Prospect, Illinois 60056, pursuant to notice. I
1. CALL TO ORDER: Trustee Halachoulis called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Trustees Halachoulis, Saviano, Tweedie
ABSENT: Trustee(s) Thaaker, Napoleoj
ALSO PRESENT:
4. NEW BUSINESS: ReviewlAdopt — Resolution Regarding Consolidation of.Pension.Funds: The
Board reviewed the Resolution Regarding Consolidation of Pension Funds provided by Attorney
Reimer. A motion was made by Trustee and seconded by Trustee to adopt the Resolution
as presented and to authorize signatures by the Board President and Secretary. Motion carried by
roll call vote.
