Busse Avenue, Mount Prospect, ILRESOLUTION NO. 12-21 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR To SIGN A GRANT OF EASEMENT TO COMMONWEALTH EDISON ON VILLAGE --OWNED PROPERTY AT 20 W. BUSE AVENUE, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect currently owns the property at 20 W. Busse Avenue that is currently in use as a public roadway; and WHEREAS, the Commonwealth Edison Company has requested a 10` (ten feet) wide easement along the eastern boundary of the parcel and will extend from the northeast corner to the southeast corner; and WHEREAS, the proposed easement will host buried electrical lines and grade -mounted transformers to facilitate distribution of electric power for a planned new Chase Bank building; and Now, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: The Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect do hereby authorize the President to sign a grant of easement to Commonwealth Edison on Village -owned property at 20 W. Busse Avenue. SECTION TWO: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
