Chairperson Powers called the meeting to order at 6:02 p.m.

Chairperson Powers asked for a motion to approve the Closed Session minutes of October 5, 2020.
A motion was made by Commissioner Bork and seconded by Commissioner Busse

Fire. Chief Lambel would also like to set up interview dates. After a discussion, they agreed to interview 16
candidates on January 4, 2021 and January 5, 20,21, in the Fire Department Training room.

Chairman Powers asked for a motion to approve the letter the Board discussed in Closed Session
responding to the appeal regarding the challenge to the Sergeants test, After approval, the letter will be
delivered to the Investigator.
