Z,hairperson Powers called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct
Fire Department Oral Interviews.
Roll Call: James Powers, Chairperson
Rockne Bork, Commissioner
Jeanna Claussen, Commissioner
Also Present: John Dolan, Deputy Fire Chief
Tim Cassidy, Battalion Chief
CLOSED SESSION
Chairperson Powers asked for a motion to go into closed session:
1. Personnel 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (I) -The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline,
performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body, including hearing
testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee to determine its validity
2. To Conduct Fire Department Interviews
A motion was made by Commissioner Bork and seconded by Commissioner Claussen to go into Closed Session.

The Board returned to Open Session with Chairman Powers, Commissioner Bork and Commissioner
Claussen present at 8:45 p.m.
With no further business, a, motion was made by Commissioner Bork and seconded by Commissioner
Claussen to adjourn the mleet'Ingat 8:46 p.m.
