Meeting called to order at 0832
Roll Call
Members Present: Pastori, Johnson, Kowalczyk, Bocox, Novak, Phenegar, Lambel
Members Absent: None
Officer's Report:
Chairman's Report -Mailings have come in, $89,100.63 for 2020.
Treasurer's Report- Current balance as of meeting date at $450,400.11. This does not include the
surface supplied air system for the dive team, bill has not been paid yet, will speak to M. Hayes
about this amount
Secretary's Report- Approval of meeting minutes from June 30th, 2020 & July 15th, 2020. No
changes made or needed. Motion made to approve meeting minutes made by Lambel, seconded
by Novak. Vote to approve meeting minutes: Yea- Pastori, Johnson, Kowalczyk, Bocox, Novak,
Phenegar, Lambel. Nay -None.
Old Business:
Submittal updates- Surface supplied air system for the dive team has not been paid out as of
meeting date. Kowalczyk will follow up with M. Hayes about this matter.
2020 Mailings -Total mailings have come in at $89,100.63
New Business:
Submittal by T. Evans -mattresses for station 14 proposed. Discussion ensued. Motion made by
Pastori and seconded by Novak to purchase new beds for station 14 in the amount of $6069.00.
Vote to approve bed purchase for station 14: Yea-Pastori, Johnson, Kowalczyk, Bocox, Novak,
Phenegar, Lambel. Nays -None.
Submittal by R. Schwegler-additional vehicles for extrication training. Discussion ensued.
Decision to place proposal on hold until next meeting due to not a single source supplier, and
further discussion for this to be applied to the training budget for the future.
Submittal by J. Schram-Paratech trench strut system. Discussion ensued. Motion made by
Lambel, seconded by Phenegar to purchase Paratech trench strut system in the amount of $16,
232.00. Vote: Yea-Pastori, Johnson, Kowalczyk, Bocox, Novak, Phenegar, Lambel. Nays -none.
Vote to carry forward to general membership with the total amount over $10,000.00. Submittal
will be on the agenda for the December 15, 2020 Foreign Fire Tax Board scheduled meeting.
Submittal by P. Wojcik withdrawn prior to meeting.

Motion made to adjourn meeting by Pastori, seconded by Lambel.
