Regular Meeting
January 22, 2019
Meeting called to order at 0835
Members Present: M. Pastori, B. Johnson, D. Phenegar, B. Bocox, T. Novak, M. Kowalczyk
Members Absent: Chief B. Lambel
Officers Reports:
Chairman -None
Treasurer- Account balance of $395,028.73 at the time of meeting
Secretary- Approval of meeting minutes from December 11 th, 2018 & December 18, 2018 FFTB
meeting. Motion by M. Pastori, Seconded by B. Bocox, Unanimously approved by all members
present.
Old Business:
Lighting updates -No changes made, no bills will be available from Pierce until final approval of
lights has been finalized.
New Business:
Yearly expenditures discussed- Cable at $1400, Knife service for three stations at $395 for the
year, Insurance/Bond at $100, FFTB mailings at $900, P.O. Box at $82 a year. Motion made by
M. Pastori, seconded by T. Novak. Unanimously approved by all members present.
Bylaw change -Struck no food/beverage from bylaws, Chief B. Lambel thoughts passed on from
M. Kowalczyk that the bylaws reflect the village policy, no abuse of usage and has legal counsel
been advised of changes? Discussion ensued. Motion made by M. Pastori, seconded by M.
Kowalczyk, unanimously approved by all members present.
T. Novak discussed Food/beverage usage -Village travel form asked about, food coverage will
be reflected in the new bylaw change.
2019 FFTB regular meeting dates established: January 22nd, 2019, May 7th, 2019, August 201h
2019, and December 3 d, 2019.
Citizens to be heard: None
Motion made to adjourn meeting made by M. Pastori, seconded by T. Novak. Meeting
adjourned at 0905.
