Regular Meeting
August 20th, 2019
Meeting called to order at 0832
Roll Call
Members Present: Pastori, Johnson, Phenegar, Bocox, Novak, Lambel
Members Absent: Kowalczyk
Officers Reports:
Chairman Report: Mailings are coming to an end, estimated funds acquired through
2019 mailings at $75,419.32 as of August 1St, 2019, $77,922.89 with interest. No need
for a second mailing is necessary.
Treasurer Report: Current total of funds at $467,584.01, this is including all funds
gathered from the 2019 mailings. Lambel asked that the general membership be asked
about needs for the upcoming year and needs for the new fire station.
Secretary Report: Approval of minutes from July 1St, 2019 Foreign Fire Tax Board
special meeting, motion made by Pastori and seconded by Johnson, Vote: Yea-Pastori,
Johnson, Phenegar, Bocox, Novak, Lambel. Nay -None

New Business:
Submittal -J. Vena, six standpipe kits from Elkhart Brass. J. Vena spoke about the
upgraded standpipe kits, discussion ensued. Motion was made by Pastori to purchase
six Elkhart Brass Standpipe bag kits from Air One Equipment, Inc. in the amount of
$5,722.00, motion seconded by Novak. Vote: Yea- Pastori, Johnson, Phenegar, Bocox,
Novak, Lambel. Nay -None

Motion was made to adjourn meeting by Lambel, seconded by Pastori
