Members Absent Brian Lambel, Christina Greco and Mike Cassady

Motion to accept the Minutes from March 7, 2020 SEC meeting made by
Sandy DiCaro, seconded by Tarina Wimmer. No discussion. Motion approved
unanimously.
Treasurer Report Report is still incorrect; therefore not accepted. Sponsorship figures are
wrong, Teresa will research what hasn't been recorded and contact the Finance Department.
Other discussion: financial position, PayPal and SEC masks.
4th of July Parade Cancelled
Bike Ride Uncertain if the event is going to take place. May have to reinvent the bike ride — do
a virtual bike ride? Walk around, get pictures? Small business (SEC sponsor) Bingo? Sponsor
food venue weekends? Showcase different businesses on social media? Look into creating a
SEC Facebook page.
VoMP Gala Dinner Date is reserved at Cotillion, look into securing band and other vendors
without giving deposit.
