INDIVIDUAL DWELLING UNITS SET FORTIS IN CHAPTER 19 SECTION 19.202,
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect is a home rule municipality as defined by
Article VII, § 0 of the Illinois Constitution of 1970; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect desire
to make certain amendments to the Village Code of Mount Prospect as set forth below;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the authority granted under the Illinois Municipal Code and in
accordance with home rule authority granted to home rule municipalities, the President
and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect approve the amendments set
forth below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: ,Section 19.202, `Regulations with Respect to Consumers of Solid Waste
Collection Services," of Chapter 19, "Health Regulations," Article 11, "Solid Waste
Collection" the Mount Prospect Village Code shall be amended to read as follows:
Section 19.202: REGULATIONS WITH RESPECT TO CONSUMERS OF
SOLID WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES:
A. 12.
a. Amount Of Payment
(1) Individual dwelling unit fees:
2021 - $253.80
2022 - $262.68
2023 and after - $271.87
SECTION TWO: All Other sections of the CHAPTER 19 — HEALTH REGULATIONS
should remain unchanged as previously approved and adopted as the Mount Prospect
Village Code.
SECTION THREE: that this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its

A)assage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
