Northwest Highway, Mount Prospect Development Group nd 1. 2 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OFTHE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1040 W. NORTHWEST HIGHWAY This ordinance rezones the subject property from B1 Business Office to R2 Attached Single Family Residence to allow a 17 unit townhome development. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended by a vote of 5-2 super majority to deny the request; adoption of the ordinance requires a vote for approval. nd 2. 2 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND VARIATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1040 W. NORTHWEST HIGHWAY This ordinance grants a Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development, and a Variation for lot coverage to allow the construction of a 17 unit townhome development. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended by a vote of 5-2 to deny the request; adoption of the super majority ordinance requires a vote for approval. (By a vote of 5-0 the Village Board approved deferral of the second reading until the May 1, 2007 Village Board meeting.) nd B. 2 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC) OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This ordinance implements components of the Village’s new “Residential Intersection Traffic Control” program and the “Residential Speed Limit” program for Zone 12. Request Village Board approval to accept bid for the 2007/2008 Sodium Chloride (Road Salt) Contract in an amount not to exceed $50,000. * B. Request Village Board approval to accept bid for Carpet and Base Board Removal and Replacement at Police/Fire Building in an amount not to Exceed $74,951.54. * C. Request Village Board approval to accept bid for one Floor Sweeping and Scrubber Machine in an amount not to exceed $49,092. * D. Request Village Board approval to accept bid for one new Multi-Section Snow Plow in an amount not to exceed $15,602. * E. Request Village Board approval to waive bid and purchase Ruggedized Laptops in an amount not to exceed $26,044. * F.
