ORDINANCE NO. 1124
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MOUNT PROSPECT BUILDING CODE
SECTION ONE:
Section 6.(b) of Chapter VI of the Mount
entirety so that the said Section 6.(b) of the said Chapter VI shall
hereafter be and read as follows:

6A. Any person, firm or corporation who erects or
constructs any house, dwelling place,: business building or
establishment, or any other type of building or structure
within the Village of Mount Prospect pursuant to a build-
ing permit issued by the Superintendent of Buildings shall,
before transferring possession to such building or structure
to any other person, firm or corporation for any use as a
dwelling, business establishment, or for any other purpose,
secure a certificate of occupancy from the Superintendent
of Buildings certifying that such building or structure
conforms to all the applicable provisions and requirements
of the Mount Prospect Building Code and the Mount Prospect
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION TW01 This ordinance shall be in full force and
