ORDINANCE NO. 1125
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER X Of
THE MOUNT PROSPECT BUILDING CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD Of TRUSTEES Of
THE VILLAGE Of MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: Section 1 of Chapter X of the Mount Prospect
Building Code is hereby amended by deleting from the 5th line thereof
the figures, "$200.00" and inserting in their place the figures,
"$500.00" so that the said Section 1 of Chapter X shall hereafter be
and read as follows:
1. Any person who shall violate any pro-
vision of this code or fails to comply with any
of the requirements thereof, or who shall erect,
construct, alter or repair a building or struc-
ture in violation thereof, shall be guilty of
misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less
than $25.00 and not more than $500.00 and each
day such violation is permitted to exist shall
constitute a separate offense.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force and
