ORDINANCE NO. 1126
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT:
SECTION ONE: Map 32-S of the Zoning- Ordit:1anc'e of the
Village of Mount Prospect, as amended, is further amended by class-
ifying from the R-l Single-Family Residence District to the B-3 ~usi-
ness-Retail and Service District, the following described property;

That part of Lot 2 in Edward Busse's Division
(hereinafter described) lying West of a line
drawn 362.98 feet west of and parallel with
the East line of said Lot 2 and south of the
North line of said Section 22 (except that
part falling in streets and highways, if any)
in Edward Busse's Division of parts of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 15 and the North-
east Quarter of Section 22, Township 41 North,
Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian
as per Plat recorded in the Recorder's Office
of Cook County at Illinois, December 17, 1919
as Document No. 6696216.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner
provided by law.
