AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5.404 OF THE
MOUNT PROSPECT MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
SECTION ONE:
Section 5.404 of the Municipal Cbde of Mount
Prospect of 1957 be. and it is hereby. amended by deleting from the

Manager shall serve as Secretary of the said Plan Commission"
that the said Section 5.404 shall thereafter be and read
as follows:
Section 5.404. Procedure. Immediately
following their appointment the members of the
Plan Commission shall meet. organize. elect
such officers as it may deem necessary. and
adopt and later change ot alter. rules and
regulations of organization and procedure con-
sistent with Village ordinances and state laws.
The Commission shall keep written records of
its proceedings which shall be open at all
times to public inspection.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
