0RDINANCE NO. 1129
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MOUNT PROSPECT BUILDING CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: Section 2.1 (a) of Chapter I of the Mount Prospect
Building Code, as amended, is hereby further amended in its entirety so
that said Section 2.1 (a) of the said Chapter I shall hereafter be and
read as follows:
2.1 (a) The 1960 Edition and supplements thereto of the
Basic Building Code, recommended by the Building Official Con-
ference of America, and subsequent editions and supplements
thereto, is hereby adopted as the regulations governing the
construction of building and other structures in the Village.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
'; from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner pro-
