I Bount Prospect Municipal Code of 1957 is hereby amended in its entirety so

I that said Section 24.401 shall hereafter be and read as follows:

I herewith are hereby repealed.

BE IT ORDIANED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VIL-
SECTION ONE:
Section 24.401 of Article IV of Chapter 24 of the
24.40l(a) The Fire Prevention Code of 1965 and subsequent
editions, and supplements thereto, as set forth by the American
Insurance Association and the standards in the National Fire
Codes 1964-1965 edition and subsequent editions and supple-
ments thereto as set forth by the National Fire Protection
Association is eereby adopted as the Fire Prevention Code of the
Village and is hereby made a part of the Code.
(b) In the event that any provisions of said codes
are in conflict with the provisions of the Fire Prevention Code
of the Village of Mount Prospect, the latter shall prevail anc the
conflicting provisions of the adopted code shall be of no effect.
SECTION TWO:: All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict
SECTION THREE:
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
