ORDINANCE NO. 1131
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON MAPLE STREET
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: Article V of Chapter 18 of the Municipal Code of
Mount Prospect of 1957 as amended is hereby further amended by adding thereto
a new Section 18.519 and said new Section 18.519 to be and read as follows:
Section 18.519. No Parking during forenoon of weekdays.
Parking of Automobiles and other vehicles is prohibited on weekdays (Monday
through Friday) between the hours of 7 O'Clock A.M. and 12 O'Clock noon on
the following street or portion thereof:
Along the east curb of Maple Street commending at a point
130 feet North of the intersection of Maple Street and
Evergreen Avenue and north of the intersection of Maple
Street and Busse Avenue.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided
