AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1121
BE IT ORDAINED BY the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois:

20, 1965, entitled "An Ordinance Approving a Resolution of the Board of
SECTION ONE:
Ordinance No. 1121 passed and approved December
Library Directors of the Village of Mount Prospect with Regard to the
Purchase of Certain Real Estate" is hereby repealed and of no force and
I effect.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
I from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
