ORDINANCE NO. 1134
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.103 OF THE MOUNT
PROSPECT MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT. ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: Section 2.103 of the Municipal Code of Mount
Prospect of 1957. as amended, is hereby further amended, so that the
said section 2.103 shall thereafter be and read as follows:
Section 2.103 Meetings. The regular meetings of the Village
Board of Trustees shall be held on the first and third Tues-
day of each month at the hour of eight o'clock p.m. Pro-
vided. that if the regular meeting falls on a legal holiday,
the meeting shall take place on the next secular day at the
same hour. 10 notice of such regular meetings shall be
required.
The meeting place of the said Board shall be at the Village
Hall. unless otherwise ordered by the Board.
Special meetings may be called by the President of the Village
or any three trustees upon at least twenty-four hours'
written notice to all members and the President. provided that
if all of the Trustees are present at a special meeting no
notice of such meeting shall be necessary and such notice
shall be deemed waived.
SECTION TWO: All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided
by law.
