ORDINANCE NO. 1135
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MAPS 22N AND 23N OF THE
MOUNT PROSPECT ZONING ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Maps 22N and 23N of the Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of Mount Prospect, as amended, be, and it is hereby, further amended
by reclassifying from the R-l Single-Family Residence District to the R-X
Single-Family Residence District the following described property:
Lots 1, 2. 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 13, 14 and 15 of Arlington Meadows,
a subdivision of that part of the West Half of the Southwest
quarter lying Northeasterly of the center line of Rand Road in
Section 27. Township 42 North, Range 11, East of the Third
Principal Meridian
and all of
Wedgewood Terrace, a subdivision r0ccrded in the Recorder of Deeds
Office of Cook County as Dccument H182l13397, a subdivision of part
of the east half of the Southwest quarter of Section 27, Township
42 North, Range 11 East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook
County. Illinois
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
