ORDINANCE NO. 1136
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERl4r
WHEREAS, the Board of Appeals of the Village of Mount Prospect has heretofore
recanmended the approval of an application for a special use permit to allow
National Bank of Austin, as Trustee, under Trust No. 3880 to construct two
indoor swimming pools on its property located on the west side of Busse Road
south of Algonquin and immediately south of Tally-Ho Courts. commonly known
as 3012-14-20 Busse Road, and.
WHEREAS, the construction of two indoor swimming pools is permitted as a special
use under the existing R-4 Planned Residential Development District regulations
of the Mount Prospect Zoning Ordinance; and.,
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Mount Prospect
have considered the application for a special use permit and have determined
that granting such a special use permit at the above location would be in th~
best interest of the Village of Mount Prospect;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOhRD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That a special use permit be, and. it is hereby granted, to allow
the National Bank of Austin, as Trustee under Trust No. 3880 to construct two
indoor swimming pools on the following described property:
The South 5 acres (except the West 210 ft. thereof) of
the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section
22, Township 41 North. Range 11, East of the Third Prin-
cipal Meridian; also, the North 5.544 acres (except the
West 210 ft. thereof and the East 50 ft. thereof) of the
South 40.544 acres of Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of said Section 22; also the North five acres (ex-
cept the West 210 ft. thereof) of th~ South 35 acres of
the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section
22. Township 41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Prin-
cipal Meridian, all in Cook County, Illinois.
SECTION TWO: That the SUperintendant of Building of the Village of Mount
Prospect is hereby directed to issue. upon proper application. such permits
and certificates of occupancy as are required to utilize tha said premises,
or portion thereof, for the construction of two indoor swimming pools as a
special use.
SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in full force and affect from and
aftar its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
