ORDINAN CE NO. 1138
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THE
MOONT PROSPECT ZONING ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS::
SECTION CNE: Section 3 of the Mount Prospect Zoning
Ordinance, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting, in the
sixth line of the third paragraph of the said section the words,
"R-l District" and inserting in its place the words, "R-X District,"!
so that the said third paragraph of Section 3 shall thereafter be and
II read as follows:
The boundaries of such districts are hereby
established as shown on the Zoning Plan, which
a ccompanies and is hereby made a part of this
ordinance. kny land whose classification is
not shown thereon and land hereafter annexed
to the Village of Mount Prospect is hereby
classified as in the R-X District until
differently classified by amendment of this
ordinance. An official copy of the Zoning
Plan as amended from time to time shall be
maintained and exhibited in the office of the
Village Clerk.
SECTION TWO: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in the
manner provided by law.
