HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 1140 02/08/1966 : -' ORDINANCE NO. 1140 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE PLAN OF MaJNT PROSPECT r BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TIIDSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: Section 7 of Article II of the Village Plan of Mount Prospect, as amended, is hereby further amended in its entirety so that the said Section 7 shall hereafter be and read as follows: II !I SECTION 7. IMPROVEMENT OF ROADloJAY. The Sub- divider shall at his own expense improve all streets with a roadway of not less than 32 feet wide (back to back of curbs) consisting of Portland Cement Concrete pavements not less than 8 inches thick or paved with a 7 inch waterbound macadam base, a 1 inch cushion and two inch Bituminous Concrete Surface. II II II I I I II I The Subdivider may in lieu of the foregoing prescribed pavement for streets pave same with a PoZ'Z:olanic Base Course and a Bituminous Concrete Wearing Course, in which event the Pozzolanic Base ,Oourse shall be 7 inches, the binder course 1-1/2'inches, and the surface course 1 inch. I II II conflict herewith are hereby repealed. I i The Pozzolanic Base Course in all cases shall conform to specifications for Pozzolanic Base Course Type A of the State of Illinois. The Bituminous Concrete Wearing Course shall conform to specifications for Bituminous Binder and Sur- face Courses Fine Dense Graded Aggregate Type Subclass I-II of the State of Illinois. SECTION TWO: All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication in the manner provided by law.
