AN ORDINMfCE AMENDING SECTION 18.325 OF THE MOUNT
PROSPECT MUNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT. ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: Section 18.325 of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect
of 1957. as amended. is hereby further amended, so that the said Sec -
tion 18,325 shall thereafter be and read as follows:
Section 18~325 Unattended motor vehicle. No person driv-
ing or in charge of a motor vehicle shall permit it to stand
unattended \dthout first stopping the engine, locking the
isnition, removing the key, and effectively setting the
brake thereon and, when standing upon any grade, turning
the front wheels to the curb or side of the highway.
SECTION TWO: All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passag~, approval and publication in the manner provided
by law.
