AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.101 OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT
t1UNICIPAL CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: Section 7.101 of the Municipal Code of Mount Prospect of
1957, as amended, is hereby further amended, so that the said Section
7.101 shall thereafter be and read as follows:
Section 7.101 Establishment. There is hereby created a
fire Department which shall consist of the Fire Chief and
such number of other officers and firemen as may be provided
for from time to time by resolution of the President and
Board of Trustees.
SECTION TWO: All ordinances, or parts of ordinances, in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION THREE: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval in the manner proved by law.
