ORDINANCE NO. 1148
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18.202 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT. ONE WAY STREETS
WHEREAS, the Village of Mount Prospect, Illinois, believes
it to te the best interest of the Village of Mount Prospect that
Weller Lane be designated as a one-way street (southbound) between
Busse Avenue and Cleven Avenue during school traffic hour; Eight
O'Clock (8:00) A.M. to Nine-thirty O'Clock (9:30) A.M.; Eleven-
thirty O'Clock (11:30) A.M. to One O'Clock (1:00) P.M.; and Two-
thirty O'Clock (2:30) P.M. to Four O'Clock (4:00) P.M.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 18.202 of the Municipal Code
of Mount Prospect of 1957, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding thereto:
"(9) Weller Lane, one-way south bound between
Busse Avenue and Cleven Avenue on school days during
the following school traffic hours;
Eight (8) O'Clock A~M. to Nine-thirty (9:30) O'Clock
A.M.; Eleven-thirty (11!30) O'Clock A.M. to One 0::00)
O'Clock P..M.; and two-thirty (2:30) O'Clock P.M. to Four
( 4) 0' Clock P. M. "
SECTION TWO: That thi.s ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
according to law.
